I booked my ticket through Goibibo for my Daughter Tiasha Chaudhury's travel on **th March ****. Travel date was **th March **** PNR number A*MCYL. However due to COVID flight was cancelled and money was in Credit Shell. However when I am trying to redeem that I can't find that booking in their app. I tried to contact Goibibo through email/tweet /call centre but it seems they are not interested to refund the amount.
