First of all, I paid for a **mbps plan for * months and after a number of complaints filed. The executives say that the router is not compatible with **mbps speed. (the router was provided by the Excitel) and every month there are internet issues. Last month (March,**) the internet was down for more than a week. Even now the internet is not working and the executives say that there is a fault and talk very rudely.
I even contacted the customer care number (***********) and they are not able to solve the problem. They just ask about the lights working or to restart the router after ** seconds.
