Samsung India Electronics India Private Ltd - Fraudulent sale of goods marked not for retail sale

This is a complaint against Samsung India for fraudulent selling of goods not meant for retail sale. Samsung product part number GH **-*****A for Gear VR headset mentions " NOT FOR RETAIL SALE " was sold to me on ** August **** by Samsung Authorized Service centre located at A-*** Okhla Industrial Area, Phase *, New Delhi ******. The Samsung product clearly mentions " NOT FOR RETAIL SALE " on the packaging however the product was still sold as per the attached Invoice number *******A****** at a cost of INR ***.** which is illegal since products marked is not meant for retail sale and cannot be sold. Secondly, there was an additional cost of INR ***.** charged to us for labour cost without providing any additional repair or service. There was no product that was serviced/repaired or replaced so this charge of INR ***.** has been illegally overcharged by Samsung India. I would like to lodge a complaint about cheating, overcharging and fraudulent selling of goods not meant for retail sale. Attached please find the necessary documents for your kind perusal.
