I had purchased a dr aquaguard Magna ho ro+uv (next)water purifier in the month Nov ****. But they have given me the bill of a different product that is only of ho UV which cost was less. We came to know this in Feb **** when we had a problem in the machine called to service department but they did not respond due to the mismatch in the bill. We contacted the company person to issue the correct bill but they are not responding correctly.
