I have an Aquasure Crystal water purifier from Eureka Forbes, which is currently under a paid AMC valid until end of Oct ****. My purifier stopped working on **nd July and I raised a complain on the app on **rd following which the technician visited the same day and found that the machine was leaking internally. He said it will take *-* days for the faulty part to come but it's now close to ** days and I am still waiting for the part despite many follow ups.
Water purifier is a basic need in a country like ours and without it, there are several complications that can happen. I bought the AMC specifically to avoid hassles but despite that I am facing such issue. The company is least bothered to rectify this and instead asking me to buy a new machine against discount. How unethical?
