We bought a AMC subscription service which cost us roughly **** Rs. from the brand for Oct **** - ****. The brand in **** insisted that we install their app and book services through it only. On April **** when we tried to book the AMC service through the app, we received no confirmation on it.
When tried to do the same on whatsapp, the agent did not even understand what an AMC subscription is and insisted that we will have to pay for the service and later on disconnected the conversation without booking the service.
The same thing happened when trying to reach them on their customer care number. The agents disconnect the call rudely the moment you ask them why them why the app isn't working.
And the IVR of their helpline number keeps repeating to book a genuine service through the app while their app isn't even working.
* hours in and I still haven't been able to book my AMC service.
