Hi,
I had ordered food on Saturday night which is on **/**/**** from Hotel empire using Swiggy. The food was not delivered what I had ordered but the amount was fully billed. And when I asked the support team to cancel and refund my money they offered me a refund of Rs.*** for the billing amount of Rs. ***. This was some unethical behavior from Swiggy and the Swiggy delivery guy as it says the food was delivered but it was not at all delivered. Please look into the issue and nowadays I don't prefer using Swiggy at all.
