Hi,
I was trying to book a ticket from Airindia website but after payment processing, an error occurred but the amount got deducted from my account.
I waited for few hours and tried to call customer care also but it was busy. When I didn't get any refund or ticket confirmation, I booked another ticket and traveled using that.
Even after sending multiple emails to ecommerce@airindia.in , I am not getting any response or refund.
