Binoy filed complaint against Maruti Suzuki on Feb 8, 2023
I'm extremely frustrated with the unacceptable delay in delivering my Maruti Suzuki Brezza ZXI *AT (magma grey) even after multiple follow-ups with the dealer and Maruti Suzuki customer care (complaint no: **********). Despite being promised a delivery date within *-* months, it's now been over * months (booked on **th September ****) with no resolution in sight. This delay has caused immense inconvenience and disappointment. I'm a loyal Maruti Suzuki customer, but the lack of transparency and follow-through is unacceptable. I request immediate resolution and delivery of my vehicle.
