*. i am Chaudhari Mukesh bhai. I booked flight from Srinagar to Dehradun in Air india on ** September ****. It was connected flight. After reaching Delhi , Air india declared that due to technical reason the further flight from delhi to Dehradun has been cancelled. The refund was initiated at the air india office at airport only by cancellation .
*. Its a more then two month and I have not received the refund money yet. I tried to call the customer care also. They received a call after half an hour and told sorry for inconvenience and it will be refunded soon. There are more then ** days gone after that call also however the refund has not given.
