I got this laptop on september *th. It was working fine for a week. Then I opened it for some work and its touchpad stopped working. I took it to the service station and got it back after * days. However, after than in a day or two, the keypad stopped working. I requested for a pickup and it was picked by some other service center in gurgaon (near bus stand). It was told to me that there is some hardware issue so it took around ** days. Then I got it back and when I opened it, the touchpad again stopped working. I submitted it again after so many complaints and to and fro of email conversations. First, the service people have no basic etiquettes of writing emails and they have set templates as replies, which are no good to be true. Then after third time, its touchpad is again not working. I have tried everything on my own as I find service centers to be very incompetent. I didn't even receive the job sheet for the third service center. They hardly reply and are not even polite.
Fourth time I sent the laptop again and it was communicated after this it will be sent for replacement, but again touchpad stopped working after ** days and when I called, a person named Ramesh Chand, Ramesh_Chand@asus.com told me very rudely that nothing can be done. This is mentally harassing.
