We are using plan GVE_ACT Silver promised speed of **Mbps but for last * year we are getting only **Mbps when run speedback.This is informed to ACT support number of times saying slow speed.we are told by ACT technician tha the router that we are using can provide speed upto **mbps only and we have been using this plan since we opted ACT fibernet since ****.Now when contacted ACT customer support they are asking to purchase router or updagrade plan to **Mbps.We are paying the amount for the speed that we are not getting.Pls do provide justice for this
