They are not providing any internet speed as per the plan chosen. They first collect in advance and they stop giving internet/speed. I have called the customer care and raised several tickets but no one is taking any action or responding.I have upgraded to *** mbps plan from ** mbps but now I am not getting even * mbps speed.I am loosing my money and time and also my work is getting impacted with slow speed.Please help me on this issue.
