Udit filed complaint against Excitel Broadband Private Limited on Feb 13, 2024
I took their Connection when they come to offer the service they promise best service in area bla bla bla so many promises but they can't even solve a issue which i raised **days ago no i left with no internet connection when i try to complaint on local authorities like marking head who promised that excitel is best in this area and so many other promises they didn't helping me when i said i will file complaint then they said go file complaint.... NEVER GO FOR EXCITEL....
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
