I have an Internet connection at my home H**** Officers City I, Raj Nagar Extn. Ghaziabad ******. The connection was inactive for the past few months as I was not in town. I contacted customer care to confirm whether the connection can be resumed by just doing recharge or any other action required like KYC etc. Customer care asked me to confirm whether WAN light is blinking , if yes : Recharge can be done without any further action required and internet services shall start. After recharge, the services did not start and I have been calling Customer care daily for resolution but to date no resolution. Neither they are refunding the amount nor they are providing connectivity. Neither do they have any escalation matrix to escalate for no response to consumer complaint.
