I have asked Excitel to terminate my broadband connection,take their router and initiate my refund in january ****. Even after * months they are still processing my application and denying for refund. Pathetic Company,pathetic internet and terrible customer services
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
