There is an operator in the area pin code ****** by the name Pawan Singh- **********. He installed services last night and when i asked him to at least a leave some wire, to put it around window, he started shouting and got agitated. I ignored him. When I asked him, that there is low speed, and need modem password then he again misbehaved. saying kitni baar password change karna hota hai... modem admin panel ka koi password nahi hota... he was way rude and loud literally fighting. Such unprofessionalism i never experienced with any other brands at least.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
