Kala Praturi filed complaint against Eureka Forbes on Jul 14, 2021
Purchased Eureka Forbes Robo Vac and mop on **st May **** via company sales person in Hyderabad. The machine has spoilt in just less than ** days and we have raised our first complaint immediately on **th May ****- complaint no. ********** followed by several follow up complaints. We have asked for service person to come and check which did not happen till date. However we were promised a replacement. The replacement of the machine has not happened till date. Its been more than * month. We have been continously contacting the service team via watsapp and also emailed the manager deepa. We have also been in touch with the sales person who keeps telling that there is no stock and will give replacement when stock comes which never happened. Suddenly today we receive a call saying service person will be sent to check on machine but wont be replaced as it crossed a month. We have filed the complaint in less than ** days of purchase so it demands a replacement. Looks like the after sales team is doing this on purpose by contacting the customer after a month so that they can tell stories on replacement and offer a repair instead which is not right at all.
