I brought both Vaccum Cleaner as well as Air Purifier. The vaccume cleaner was having demo so, i took it. The Air Purifier demo was not there, so i was not interested. Based on sales person, if you are not happy with any product then we can return and have ***% refund. So, i thought lets try for * days else i will return. After using * day, i asked to return the product. They agreed and told will do so. After few days i called them again and raised another complain for return. Again they told the same. As they are not taking any action, I raised another complaint and now they are telling the return is possible only if the product is not working.
