Eureka Forbes - Dr Aquaguard Enrich product not serviced

My product was not serviced even after escalating the matter to the required concerned person Ronak Patel and he did not have a courtesy to respond to a single email. Today my warranty period has expired and the company wants me to renew the AMC and then only they will change the filter.
