Pepperfry delivered a broken chair to my house on *th May, ****. When we pointed out the crack in the chair on **th May, Pepperfry wrote back that returns are not allowed beyond a period of * days. Pepperfry is not even trying to get this chair repaired because as per them, cracks in the wood are not covered under warranty. According to them a defective product is neither covered under return policy nor under warranty. We want Pepperfry to repair the broken chair or replace it completely. We are not able to use the chair because it is broken.
