I ordered Vu *** cm (** Inches) Smart *K Ultra HD Android LED TV **-OA (Titanium Grey) on **th June **** and the product got delivered on *rd July ****. On *th July, the technician came and opened for installation and found that the product delivered was damaged and requested for return. From the *th of July to till the date we haven't received a proper response and every day we are calling customer care and telling the same "you will get a call from our team by EOD" but there is no call and no update. It has been ** days since the return request placed.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
