I have ordered a product from TataCliq (OrderID- *********) on **th Jan ****. The order was cancelled from their end without telling me anything about it and when I reached out to them, it was told to me that they will refund the money in * working days.
Its been ** days now and I have still not received my money. I tried to escalate the issue and one of their team members rudely responded to my query saying do whatever you want to do. Please help me to get my money back.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
