tatacilq - Wrong package received

I had order adidas shoes worth **** from tatacliq then i received them on **th may then the return policy was for **days as mentioned on the app and on product page then i received a different model shoe from the website when i created a return request * days after receiving shoes then the delivery guy denied to receive the package then a call came from the tata cliq cs team management they told me i cant get my shoes refund or replacement now bcoz the return date is closed i should have put the return request just within * days of receiving the order but nowhere in app its mentioned that we have to return the shoes in * days or so the customer care guys are using unfair means and trying their best and using loopholes and not helping me out with the return of my item though its still in return policy please help me out
