Tatacilq - Customer harassment on online purchasing

Sir, I have purchased a mobile from Tatacliq with exchange offer basis and new mobile has been delivered on ** Aug **. As per tatacliq policy old mobile will be picked up within * days of delivery, however it's ** days overed and it has not been picked up. I have laudged a complaint to tatacliq customer service vide complaint No ********** dated ** Aug ** and talk to customer care daily basis, but it yet not been solved. In the meantime, tatacliq automatically cancelled my exchange offer from tatacliq account.
