tatacilq - refund not issued

I had bought ** kurtas on **/**/**
Order ID *********
I received few kurtas on **/**/** out of which I asked for return for two kurtas on **/**/**
La firangi brown printed A line kurta Rs ***
La firangi Taupe Printed kurta Rs ***
One more kurta I put for return on **/**/**
W Mustard embellished kurta Rs ****
These kurtas were probably picked on **/** without giving acknowledgement as they said it is not possible for them to give acknowledgement instantly .
I have only received refund of Rs *** and *** till now.
While taking the acknowledgement later from the courier service I found that Two receipts have been issued of the same kurtas ( see attachment)
When I enquired with the Trackon couries service they said that the receipt was issued from Tata cliq.
Thus I request you to kindly look into the matter and refund my amount of Rs **** asap to my account.
