tatacilq - Empty package was delivered

I had ordered a Nokia *.* from tatacliq with order id : *********, but I didnt recieved the phone inside the box.
The outer box was in good condition but the inner box was tampered. The seals were broken and there were only earphone and charging accessories and no phone.
I had complained it to tatacliq customer service but they said sorry we had sent all items.
This is very poor service by tata cliq. I have never experienced such service by any provider.
I complained it to tata cliq * times but all the time it was said to me that there is no fault of tata cliq.
I attached all images and video of unboxing where it can be clerly seen that there were no phone inside the box. But tatacliq team is not accepting my proofs they are constatly saying that sorry sir "hamari taraf se isme koi sahayata nh ki ja skti hmari team ne check kia h aapko product recieve hua h .
I oredered the product on ** sep **** and now its been more than ** days but no unsatisfactory response from tatacliq team.
They have wasted my huge time and money.
