We Purchased Daikin VRV Ac Unit ** HP for our office Area. The Daikin VRV Ac boasts its quality for energy control, money saving and stay away from Gas Leakages from AC units. The Machine was purchased in August **** with one year warranty. In year ****, we all encountered Covid and almost for a year the office was non-working state. Later, in the year **** the machine encountered first gas leakage in month Aug ****, which was repaired at a very hafty cost. Then again in the month Nov **** gas leakage occured along with some part repair and hafty labour cost. But we were not offered any AMC contrat during this for further ease of maintenance. After the winter season of **** again we faced part failures in the unit in the month June/July **** with the failure of PCB and gas leakage which was repaired at a very high cost. Also we were charged for some special coating which was not done on the unit yet. After this incident again the same issue in August ****, pcb failure and gas leakage and they furnished a hafty quote for its repair and also said that we have lot of corrosion inside the AC unit which was not informed in the last repair. This time we took second opinion from one other AC workshop to be sure about the issues occuring. Then it becomes a shock for us that, there are no issues with the AC unit. They simply came and reset the unit and AC started working fine. Hence it seems that Daikin and its dealers are conducting purposeful frauds for making big bills. We want them to reimburse all the cost they charged by fooling us and also want them to remove such high value machines which needs so much of maintenance and return the money we paid for such high value machine.
