Daikin A C - Wrong model of Daikin AC delivered

I have bought Daikin split AC *.* ton from authorized Daikin dealer whose contact details are in the attached bill (SK GZB-** VIMAL KUMAR.pdf).

The bought model of AC is ‘JTKJ**UV**V’ but same model was not delivered instead wrong model ‘JTKJ**TV**V’ was delivered. Apart from this there are other issues as well. Please see the issues point by point.
*. Wrong model of AC was delivered and installed - The packaging box has the correct label mentioned i.e. ‘JTKJ**UV**U’ but inside the box different model ‘JTKJ**TV**U’ was packaged hence serial number of product is also mismatching and same wrong model product is installed at my resident. I told the same to dealer but he is trying to convince me that such mistakes happened when display unit item is packaged and this model is similar.

Please see the attached bill (SK GZB-** VIMAL KUMAR.pdf) where it can be seen the correct model number i.e. ‘JTKJ**UV**U’.

Please see the attached snapshot () of packaging box where correct model (JTKJ**UV**U) is labelled and it is not matching with model that is installed (JTKJ**TV**U).

Please also see the attached image (installed_inner_unit_wrong_model_and_mismatched_serial_no_with_box.jpg) of installed AC where it can be seen the model number is not same as of the bill and packaging box.

*. Wrong and incompatible remote was provided – Wrong and incompatible remote was delivered and it was not working for the provided AC however after following up * to * days dealer provided me the correct remote.
*. Delivered outer unit has bend – Please see the attached image (outer_unit_has_bend.jpg) of outer unit where it can be clearly seen the bend. I am not sure whether this can impact the cooling or not.
*. Dirt inside the inner unit – I saw dirt inside the inner unit and told the same to the installation guys and dealer and dealer is trying to convince me that this happened some time when the display unit item is packaged to deliver to the client.

I am following for replacement since last * to * days but dealer is saying I have raised the forwarded you case further will let you know shortly. I have also raised this concern on Daikin India twitter handler but they are also playing passing ball and saying your concern has been forwarded and concerned team will contact you soon.
By seeing all the above, it seems that they have explicitly packaged the wrong old used machine.
Please help to get the correct product i.e. that is mentioned in the bill.
