Daikin A C - complaint not resolved since 30 days

complaint pending for resolution since *th July.
I have reached out to customer care ** times, mailed them * times, messaged on FB last week, even contacted their warehouse manager...everywhere same response- " we will get back to you" and no one ever does. My outdoor unit PCB turned out faulty within *.*yrs of purchase, there is timeline in place assuring me of PCB delivery. No one has any answers, everyone at daikin just escapes responsibility. what is the customer to do??? I just want my AC to work in this heat, its causing significant inconvenience to us.
