Anuradha Kishore filed complaint against Eureka Forbes on Dec 31, 2020
I purchased Euroclean Bravo from them. Their agent came twice, once for demo and once for delivery of the product. He delivered the product charged Rs.****/- from me and sent me an invoice by SMS after * days. In the invoice it is Rs.****/-. I called their customer care three times, twice they promised call back but didn't do it. Third time when I called they say there is a delivery charge for certain places.
I do t understand * things , one I have never heard Eureka Forbes charging a delivery charge. Secondly, if there is any such charge they could have told me the first time I called why did I have call so many times to get this answer.
