Gungun filed complaint against UBER on May 10, 2019
While I was booking the cab the amount displayed was Rs.***. When the driver arrived he said the destination is not visible and asked me to re-enter.
I opened the app again and it entered my destination again (not updated my destination, it's my workplace). On completion of my trip, I was charged Rs ***. The customer care officials are of no help other than giving pre-generated replies. They don't seem to bother on the issue.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
