I have purchased samsung phone from samsung site under cashback offer I am sad to say still fighting for cashback. They keep on telling cashback already posted I sent hem statement of the card too from past * year a& they are taking it too light.
As per grievance numbers ******* on **/**/**** & ******* dt **/**/**** & ******* dt **/**/****, ******* dt **/**/**** still the issue is not resolved I am following like a beggar with them they just stating one reply as " We would like to inform you that we have shared the Cash back details to the respective bank and the same is under process for posting on your account. " on **/**/**** & on dec **th " We are pleased to inform you that your refund will be process in ** to ** days. " So I think its more than ** days completed and ICICI bank have no issues like merger with other govt banks like so I would like to have this resolved at earliest. Since you already said ICICI already paid cashback request you to confirm the same as I cannot find anything in statement. Even till today they are not even responding taking light and false mails amount processed which is too bad for reputed brand samsung. Company remark for previous grievance is **********. Till they they just mailing me its credited but with no proof. Horrible for a company with god brand and will & I am asking my right please look and respond at the earliest.
