Zoomcar - Car not found host not reachable

I booked a car through the app. Reached the location on time, tried finding the car but the car was not there, tried calling host several times (more than ** times) but no answer. We tried finding the car for about an hour which delayed our trip and pls note we were searching with all our luggage in hand. Enquired to people around there in parking and they informed that the car was not there.

Our trip was already delayed by around *hr ** minutes, we used the option of alternate car available in the app (we had to pay extra for that as well) as we had no choice because we had our other bookings done at the location of our trip and ended up finding out that this car was also not at location and the host’s number was switched off.

We again tried for some time but nothing worked out and this was the worst experience ever. We had to cancel all our bookings and we incurred extra cost of travelling here and there in search of the car.

I request you to look closely into the matter and provide a justifiable recovery for the incident as it costed us a lot, in monetary terms and also it wasted our time along with cancellation of our entire trip.

I request you to provide back the money we paid for the car bookings along with the compensation for the loss we suffered.
