My car is under the garage of fixigo(Zoomcar partner) from **th march. I am zoomcar hots, during last trip custmer accident the car and then i raaised ticket with zoomcar to get repaired, on same day **th march ****, car is picked up by fixigo, and after few days they sent estimate to zoomcar about ****** something,Workshop already shared the estimate with zoomcar,but they still not get the approval from zoomcar, they sent estimation on **th march ****. Zoomcar policy mentioned that approval will take only ** hour. Kindly do the needful asap.
I need my car on urgent basis, either i have to lodge complaint against zoomcar. Also need to make harassment and not complying with policy legal notice to Zoomcar.
