JEE + NEET exam preparation online classes were purchased by me For Rs ******/- ( EMI OF ****/- for ** months ) .
My sister is not being able to have so much screen time due to health issues and due to pandemic financial issues , I have lost my job . I have called multiple times and emailed byjus within ** days ( cancellation and refund policy ) requesting to cancel my product. It has been more Than * months and the product has not been cancelled. My financial conditions are really bad to afford to pay any further Emi's
