Sir I have purchased byjus course for class * to ** for my son SWARN SINHA on ** Feb **. for which I have paid ***** in cash and loan of *****. when apply for cancellation they give me discount and sanctioned a loan of ***** as told by them that previous loan will be cancelled. but after many reminder they have not cancelled my previous loan. finally I applied for course and loan cancellation but could not get resolution till date after many reminder. my CIBIL score effected due to hitting of emandate in my account. due to lapses of byju staff.
if they will not cancelled my previous loan I need compensation of * lac as CIBIL score effected.
