- Bus Driver abused and didnt allow me to board the bus Open

As the Redbus didn't provide me any details of pick up van, I was waiting at the boarding point at the pickup point and looking for bus with the number provided by Red bus and tracking the bus in Red bus App. Redbus App showed that bus was still in Marathahalli, ** Km away from my Pickup point. So, I went to buy some food to a shop thats just * mins away from my pickup point. I got a call from the driver saying that pickup van is here. I told him that I have no information of pickup van coming, I have been tracking the bus and since the bus is in Marathahalli I came to buy food, just wait for * mins. But he didnt listen and he started abusing me and by the time I came to pickup point, Bus was not there. Now they are saying its my mistake that I was not at the boarding point and they wont refund the amount.
