Orange Tours and Travels - Bus breakdown and mental torture

Hi i booked a sleepr, Ac, single berth Ticket for my wife Praneetha D from Hyderabad to Tirupati (journey date: **-**-****, *pm ). I booked her a that bus(Cost Approcimately Rs.**** ) because it has wifi, AC so that she can work and lower single berth seat as she had legpain. After she boarded the bus, she found that Ac wasnt working for her berth and there is not even wifi working for which i booked the bus for. So she informed the bus management and they simply didnt care at all and just carlessly answered that they couldnt help. Around *:**pm Bus got broke down at Patancheruvu, Hyderabad Outskirts and without any information regarding what happened to bus they made passengers to stand and wait on the road nearly *hrs. Finally the bus started at **:**pm and reached gachibowli outerringroad where we were forced to board other bus (when passenger denied they asked to stay there itself, such a worst behavior) and alloted vacant seats in remaining bus. Where my wife was given an upper double berth where she used to sleep beside an unknown women(when my wife rejected, they told its the only option to her if not she can getdown the bus right away). While she was climbing to her upper berth in that dim lights she fell and broke her back for which the lower fellow passanger felt pity and gave their lower berth intead of negligent, helpless, ruthless bus staff and management. In that hurry of forced exchange of bus she lost her fossil watch worth ***** somewhere in the old bus. I seriously got disappointed with such worst management of orange and they caused us severe inconvience, trauma, fear and lots of mental torture. I strongly demand to refund ticket money and lost watch or its worth because of your reckless and worst service.
