Orange Tours and Travels - OTT71 Not reached destination and left us on a unknown location bus was 5 hours late

My bus was OTT-** from Hyderabad to Mumbai at **:** pm from lakdikapul but was cancelled and we were allocated with other bus which is OTT-** which was at * pm pick up van from lakdikapul. However, the bus was very late that we reached * hours late by *:** pm near Sion bridge (fly over) and traffic police stopped the bus and they fined it because of incorrect licence and * passengers along with us were left on road and was advised to take personal auto to reach the destination with personel expenses and was very far from my drop point which was borivali East, national park. All the way they have stopped us only * hotels that that too hotels were very dirty and washrooms were also not clean in those hotels so we were with empty stomach and next day afternoon he stopped us somewhere in a hotel near Pune were we did brush and mouth wash after requesting the driver to stop the bus so that we can get freshup. All the way the experience was very bad and we reached * hours very late this was not expected by orange Tours and Travels.
