Subject: Complaint Regarding Poor Bus Service – Bangalore to Pune (**/**/****)
Dear [Orange tours and travels],
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the unsatisfactory service during my journey from Bangalore to Pune on **rd October ****.
Original Bus Number: KA**AC****
Reassigned Bus Number: AR** G ****
Due to some reasons, the original bus did not arrive, and were reassigned to a different bus (AR** G ****). Unfortunately, the conditions of the reassigned bus were extremely poor:
The air conditioning was not functioning.
The bedsheets were dirty and in an unacceptable state.
Water was leaking onto the beds from outside, making it very uncomfortable for passengers.
This experience caused significant discomfort and inconvenience during the journey. I request that you look into this matter seriously and take corrective action. I would also appreciate compensation or a refund for this distressing experience.
