Orange Tours and Travels - Worst customer service

I have booked bus from coimbatore to Hyderabad on **th jan ****. I have chosen Ettimadai as my boarding point . I called and informed to the numbers provided in booking, to the gandhipuram pickup van person, to the Ettimadai stop person and to office number too that i will be boarding in gandhipuram instead. The bus was already half an hour late to ettimadai by then.
The pickup van person told he will be there at * ** to * ** . I told i will reach at * ** , he said ok.. just * min late and the van left, i was stranded in gandhipuram station, again called them they told come to neelambur, boarded auto and hurried there, we reached and they didn't even inform that they left, literally the worst, after that they told another location after toll gate , we reached before time they told but driver just cut my call. ** times i kept calling and he cut it. I could show proofs, after that he answered and said another location and stopped omly when my auto driver said he can take money and we ran there to finally board bus in a service road.
We informed iam alone, a female student, can't stay alone if it misses, just * min away also they wouldn't consider it at all.
Iam a student of AMRITA VISHWA VIDYAPEETHAM, me and my friends every single time for every single holiday and vacation we board orange travels , it's not enough if u offer more services to customers, u must make sure customer is inside the bus. This is very baddd, no minimum sense of informing or updating customer. Charge *k for a ticket but don't even provide bus tracking service.
I had the worst experience ever and realised this is how orange travels treats customers if we r in an emergency or late by just a minute or two. I am seriously never recommending anyone from my department of amrita students to choose orange travels. Very disappointed.
