I am a customer of Excitel broadband internet service providers since January **th ****. From the beginning of the service, I faced frequent disconnectivity problems. I thought that might be due to the power cut and when I called the customer service centre they always reply that "there is a fibre cut in your area that is why there is no internet connectivity". After some days that is from June **th **** to till the date of June **th, I lost internet connection. When I called them about the reason they said that they will solve the issue within ** hrs. As I called the next day they said that it may take * week to solve the issue. Even after ** days the issue has not solved so I think of getting a refund of all the **days (** left over service days +** lost days) but they are not solving the issue. They are reckless towards the customers. They don't even lift up the customer's calls. In addition to that, they are not even refunding money.
As I subscribed to the ** Mbps * months plan it cost me ****/-rupees. So according to these calculations, I will get a refund of ****/- rupees. Please get me my refund as I want to terminate the connection.
