I bought asus laptop model m***ia at
Rs.***** and the product started malfunctioning . i had some booting , display and keyboard issues within * working days . ASUS service center replaced the laptop . the replacement unit also started malfunctioning on the *th working day . Next day i went to service center after an appointment . THE KEYBOARD STOPPED WORKING. This was checked by the service center and gave us the service card for repair.
i did not expect this kind of laptop at **k which cannot work properly for even a week .I did not want to get my laptop repaired / replaced in just a few days
Since i am not at all confident that this will work properly in future i requested a REFUND.
We sent mails to asus india demanding refund . i did not get any proper reply but after sending a mail telling that i would file a consumer case if i do not get a proper reply. Then we received a call from asus team Delhi
THEY TOLD US THAT THEY WOULD NOT REFUND THE AMOUNT AND ASKED US TO COLLECT THE REPAIRED LAPTOP.
WHEN WE TOLD THEM THAT WE ARE NOT AT ALL SATISFIED WITH THE BRAND SINCE WE FACED MAJOR PROBLEM TWICE IN TWO DIFFERENT LAPTOPS AND WE WANT REFUND. THE SERVICE HEAD SAID THAT THEY NEVER FORCED US TO BUY ASUS BRAND AND THIS IS REALLY RIDICULOUS .
THE COMPANY OFFICIAL INDIRECTLY WANTS TO SAY THAT ONE SHOULD NEVER BUY ASUS PRODUCTS .
THE LAPTOP IS STILL LYING AT THE SERVICE CENTER AND WE HAVE REFUSED TO COLLECT IT
