I registered on https://www.asuspromo.in/ to avail extended warranty for my newly purchased ASUS gaming laptop within their offer period. This request was rejected, stating the registration was not done in ** days from the date of invoice. Upon this, I had called ASUS promo support on **th AUG, and told them I did my registration on **th Aug i.e. **th day from my date of invoice i.e. *th AUG, and also told them my delivery was delayed (done on **th AUG) and so I received the invoice later. They said to send me the delivery proofs of Flipkart which I emailed them at email@example.com for considering the same. So in spite of registering on their website as per T&C as well as providing delivery proofs, they are still rejecting the offer.
