- Asus Brand New Laptop Faulty and no Solution given since 2 weeks Closed
I'm facing a big problem with Asus Laptop that got delivered to me on **th May **** thru Amazon. Amazon gave no reply regarding the replacement despite contacting them within ** says. There were multiple display issues and I then approached the local service center of Asus, the Asus service center has kept it since last week for motherboard replacement but yesterday they informed me that motherboard has not been supplied to them by the company and they are not certain when they will be able to replace it.
I'm wondering why I am made to indefinitely suffer for delivery of a faulty product, the only reasonable solution is that Asus should probably give me a replacement of the entire device because my entire work from home routine is totally disturbed and I am unable to function thanks to the faulty product and terrible service from asus end. I wonder if this is the result of investing around **,*** Rs ( plus further losses due to their bad service) in your product which is not a small amount for me.
I am desperately looking for a solution because my livelihood is affected big time due to this.
