Aravindkumar filed complaint against Big Basket on Sep 23, 2020
The payment was made online but the delivery executive told the money was not paid and I had to pay it again. Money was deducted two times where the status itself shows paid and the customer service people themselves don't know whether it is paid or not. The money (Rs.***) is still not refunded, it has been * days after the double payment.
