I've Ordered A acer monitor which came broken and missing user manual and power cable Then I contacted Amazon customer support and provided every detail and Pics of broken product So they insisted a Replacement but when delivery guy came they said they won't exchange because my item is Broken Then I contacted again and they said Ok we will return your order and will provide a refund Since then no return is made after multiple calls to and Not helping me out
