I had booked air tickets on easemytrip from kolkata to jodhpur via delhi (PNR:LQGX*H)in vistara for travel on ** march**. Because of the covid pandemic, i wanted to cancel the trip. I called vistara to cancel but no one picked the call.so i cancelled on esemytrip website on **th march. I also wrote a mail to vistara. Vistara agreed to refund my full amount of ***** but easemytrip only gave me a partial refund of ****. Since mar** i have been chasing them continuously but they refuse to refund my balance amount.pls help
