Situation: My parents (both, senior citizen) are travelling from DEL to IAD via flight ***, departed from DEL at *:** am on ** Apr ****.
I had booked their seats with extra legroom well in advance for their comfortable journey (I have the invoice for INR ****) chosen and allotted seat numbers were **A and **B which were also updated on the invoice and ticket before airport check-in.
Issue: during airport check-in, their confirmed and allotted seats were changed without prior information and the new seats allotted were without extra legroom.
The consequence of the issue: My mother who is suffering from joint pain and father both are forced by Air India to experience an uncomfortable journey.
